Hikari was secluded in the forest, there were several targets surrounding her as a stream was also apart of the scenery. Her mind was calm and collected seeing as the noise of the stream was calming in itself. Hikari had only been out here for about thirty minutes while her mom was sitting down on the lush grass against a tree behind her. Recently her mother had taken an interest in her daughters unique ability seeing as it came from her side of the family.

Hikari performed the necessary handseals again before looking back at her mom while five at the most were created around her. The final handsign was kept formed as the needles seemed to hit only one of the five targets she was facing.

"Thats not what I want it to do! I want to hit five targets at once!" Kari sighed heavily while looking back at her mother who giggled a little bit. "My little water lilly have you tried invisioning hitting the targets all at once instead of just shooting them?" Aya raised an eyebrow while Hikari blinked then laughed maybe her mom was right this time.

Kari repeated the process one more time focusing on her Chakra, this time she made the same amount of needles and clapped her hands together doing what her mother suggested and low and behold everything ran smoothly as the needles hit the center of the five targets.

"Think I can hit the rest of the eleven targets?" Kari looked at her mom as she nodded, "Lets try it, all sixteen. If you do i'll let you pick whats for dinner tonight." Aya smiled pleasantly before Kari's eyes widend and she grinned. "Deal!!"

Hikari turned back around while her mom stood and moved over from the target above her head. Her bright blue eyes closed as she concentrated feeling the chakra start to rush in her body as the handseals were being made at a fast pace. "Crystal Release: Crystal Needles" As the needles began to form around Hikari she jumped into the air while exerting more chakra causing sixteen needles to form. She closed her eyes as the needles hit all their targets with perfect aim. As she spun in the air Hikari quickly made another sixteen more needles hitting the targets as she landed on her feet gently smiling widely. "Mom this is awesome!! I have to keep getting stronger!"

Aya looked at the targets walking over to one of them. Her daughter had a rare gift indeed these crystals were so beautiful yet deadly. Her hands touched one of them pulling it out a target on one of the rocks Hikari placed them on. Aya tried breaking it with her bare hands but it proved to be a bit took strong. So these little needles Hikari made were strong indeed. It made Aya smile knowing her daughter was learning how to use her Kekkei Genkai with skill. "Alright, guess we can go to the market so you can pick the ingredients."

Hikari beamed taking her mothers hand and pulling her towards the exit. Getting a sense of her mother being proud of her easily made Hikari feel this way. So in her mind the more she excelled the more her mother would be proud of her.
