Description: Rasengan was a ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to a select few very skilled shinobi. The technique is unlike other jutsu, in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause a great destructive impact. This technique normally takes a great span of time to learn.

Rikuo woke up with a yawn and ran his hand through his blond hair as he looked around his room before shakeing his head of sleep and standing to get ready for the day with a slight streatch before he headed into his bathroom tosseing off his night cloths with them landing in the basket that he kept all of his dirty cloths in so that he knew what he had to wash. Rikuo hopped into the shower and got himself clean quickly before he grabed his cloths that he would wear today and ate breakfast quickly before he brushed his teeth and gave his hair a quick comb and tied his Forehead protector onto his head so that it could do it's job of showing him as a leaf Ninja and keep his hair out of his eyes.

Rikuo couldn't help but sigh as he looked into the mirrior and sighed slightly before he thought that it was probaly time for a hair cut. Rikuo shook these thoughts off he could deal with stuff like that later right now he was going to learn a jutsu today and he had to admit he was bounceing slightly at the thought of learning it. Rikuo quickly grabed everything that he need and began to add things into the bag that he always carreid for training or when he went on missions and he placed a yellow scroll into the scroll that bore the Namikaze clan crest on it before closeing the bag and turning to the door.

Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he made his way to the door makeing sure to grab his backback and wallet as he headed out the door and locked it behind him makeing sure to activate his Security seal so that he could be sure that the house would be safe when he was out. Rikuo made his way down the stairs that lead from his apartment and out into the village so that he could make his way towards the Training grounds and start learning this new jutsu that he had chosen and he had to admit their was a slight spring in his step as he walked through the village looking at a few of the stalls that were open at this time and noticeing what some of them carried some furits that looked nice so he figured he would have to stop by and buy some on his way home.

Rikuo looked up at the sky and smiled it was a nice day to be out learning a jutsu there wasn't a lot of clouds in the sky which meant that there was a good chance that it wouldn't rain and their was a nice breeze to keep the area cool as he would be working all in all it looked like it would be a very nice day for the young ninja. Rikuo smiled as he looked up and he noticed a few messenger birds fly by and his toughts drifted to that of his girl friend and he had to admit he hoped that he would see her today after all he hadn't seen her since he had helped her with her training a few days ago and he kinda missed her but he guessed that he could go and see her later after he had learned the jutsu that he was comeing to learn today.

Rikuo couldn't help himself as he arrived at the training ground and he gave the area a once over makeing sure that it was alright as he hadn't been here since the last time that he had been was when he had been learning a C Rank wind jutsu and he had caused some damage to the area while he had been working on the jutsu and he was glad to see that it had since been fixed. Rikuo smiled as he set his backpack down agains the tree that he always used when ever he was here and began to do his normal warm up so that his body would be ready to begin training and so that he didn't hurt himself. He knew that Kari was in the village and if she found out that he was hurt then she would hurt him more because it would have been his own stupidy that got him laid out in the hospital. Rikuo quickly droped to the ground and started with push ups to get him self ready to carry on with his training.

Rikuo didn't know what it was about learning a new jutsu that got his blood pumping but it did and he had to admit it was one of his favorite things to do. Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he thought about still moveing forward on his path to becomeing Hokage and he had to admit learning the Jutsu's that he did only helped him push forward on that path it was one of the things that he liked and it helped him move forward faster on his path towards his goal and he had to admit he like it.

Rikuo had to admit it was fun doing his warm up he started out slow with push ups and he did around 50 of them now while this wouldn't seem like a lot to a magor Taijutsu fighter to Rikuo it was slightly more as he still used his Fuinjutsu weights and these effected his weight thus makeing him heaveir for his push up and this allowed for his muscles to build faster and for his body to get use to the heaveier wieght quicker then just running alone and this helped his body learn to incress it's streangth faster then it would normaly. Rikuo pushed him self off of the ground and started to do Jumping jacks to help his body warm up faster before he would switch up and try something else to warm up. Rikuo stoped with his jumping jacks and streatched a little before he droped into the Namikaze Taijutsu stance and began to go through the Katas of the Jutsu to help get his body lose. Rikuo had to admit he had always liked how the Humming bird stance helped him get his body ready quickly.


Rikuo kept going through the Katas for a few moments just to make sure that his body was ready before he stoped them and suddenly took of to do a few laps around the training ground so that he could move on and begin learning the jutsu that he had chosen and would start with a little Chakra control so that he was ready to begin even trying to learn how to master the Jutsu that he had chosen to try and learn.

Rikuo had to admit he enjoyed running around the training ground he was always fond of running maybe it had to do with his speed but all he knew is that he was fond of takeing a nice jog to help him relax and he knew that it was a great way to keep his body in tip top shape and it was someting that he often did to to help his body warm up. Rikuo slowly stoped his walk and began to walk over the surface of the water to help his chakra network get ready and he had to admit it was fun feeling the splash of the water agianst his feet and it was relaxing for him. Rikuo kept up with his Chakra control for a few moments before he began to make his way back towards his bag so that he could grab the scroll to the jutsu that he was going to start to learn and he had to admit that it was exciteing to be learning a new jutsu and to try and think of all the ways that Rikuo could try and use it in a fight once he mastered it. Rikuo smile as he opened his bag and pulled out the scroll.

Rikuo looked at the Scroll with a thoughtful smile on his face it was one of the few things of his father's That Rikuo still had as he had barrowed it from the Namikaze estate before his parents had been killed and it had simply been kept with him through out the years but he had yet to try and learn the Jutsu. Rikuo looked at the Seal which Bore the Namekaze Crest and bit his Thumb draging his blood across it to unseal the scroll.

Rikuo had to admit he greatly enjoyed this as he sat on the log near him and opened the scroll and began to read it and his grin only got bigger when he read the name of the Jutsu it was the Jutsu that the Fourth Hokage had created and he had to admit he was looking forward to learning the Rasengan. Rikuo looked over the scroll and noticed that it had three seals on it each one had a diffrent label and was marked as step one two and three and Rikuo figured that these were the steps that the user had to take to master the Rasengan and Rikuo had to admit that he was greatly looking forward to it. The jutsu it's self was special the fourth Hokage had based it off of the Nine tailed Fox's Tailed beast bomb as such the Jutsu packed quite a Punch in the user had the speed to use it and close the distance between them and the target so that the Jutsu could be used highly effctively against an oppenat.

Rikuo smiled looking at all the details that were in the scroll about what it basicly was Chakra manipulation in order to form the attack in the users hand and maintain it as they attacked with it and that was one of the Jutsu's main points. Rikuo had to admit he was looking forward to tryting to complete the Jutsu as the notes stated that it was incomplet as the Fourth had wanted to add Chakra Elemenatl Chakra to the Jutsu to make it even more deadly.

Rikuo stood up and set the scroll that he had been reading on the log unsealing the first step that the scroll had sealed on it and he blinked when it was a box full of water ballones with a note on it and he grabed the note opening it to read what the first part of the Jutsu training. Rikuo began to read the note and he couldn't help but look at the water ballon that he held in his free hand thinking over what he was going to do with it the point of the test was to simply Rotate your Chakra inside of te ballon and by useing only Chakra Rotation make the ballon pop while keeping the water rotating shortly after the ballone poped. Rikuo had to admit he was excited about this and he slowly began to rotate the water in the ballon clockwise but even after 15 minuests Rikuo was unable to make any change in the Ballone other then it seemed to bounce around in his hand for a bit with now magor differance other then the water shook around in his hand. Rikuo had to admit he didn't really understand why it wasn't working but then he looked at the note and what it said and he couldn't help but sigh.

Rikuo read the note looking at how he was suppose to rotate the chakra within the ballon in all Directions makeing a Sphere out of the Chakra and water while at the same time keeping it moveing. Rikuo grinned as he got ready to keep working on the jutsu so that he could move onto step two.

Rikuo couldn't help but grin as he stood up and got ready to do the first part of the Jutsu the correct way and he began to slowly manipulate the chakra in his hand so that he could make make the Sphere in his hand and use it to pop the ballon in order to move on in the jutsu Training and try and get the second part of the training done so that he could move on further along with his Jutsu training so that he could finaly master the Jutsu and be one stop closer on his path to becomeing Hokage. Rikuo slowly began to watch the Chakra in the ballon slowly begin to form a Sphere and he could see the Ballon slowly begin to to bounce in his hands as dozens of little bonces begain to strike the sides of the ballons and it wasn't long before the water inside of the ballon broke free makeing the ballon pop in Rikuo's hand and forming a ball of water which rotated for a few seconds before is fell apart due to the Chakra lacking Containment and Rikuo had to admit it was cool that he had been able to even complite the first part on his own.

Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he was able to finish the first part and he grabed a few more water ballons and redid the training with them as well just to make sure that he had done it correctly before he was happy with his work and figured that it was time for him to move on with his training. Rikuo smiled as he walked back over to his backpack so that he could grab a bottle of water for a drink and move on to the next part of the training.

Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he pulled a bottle of water out of his back pack so that he could take a drink from it before be sat it down and sat on the log to take a short break before he would move on with the next part of the Rasengan's training Rikuo had to admit that it was draining as it had taken him over two hours to work on the first part and he had to admit the Jutsu was diffrent to try and learn as it didn't have hand seals to help channle the chakra into the jutsu thus makeing it sligthly easier to use the jutsu then just manipulation on it's own and Rikuo had to admit it was fun. Rikuo glanced over at the box of water ballons that were left over from his training and he began to think of something that he could do with them and he had to admit their were quite a few ideas using them for pranks was at the top of the list.

Rikuo chuckled softly at that though at least he would be able to find some use for the water ballons other then just letting them sit around in a scroll Rikuo would replace them later so that others could have them for learning the Jutsu in case he wasn't around to teach them or just wasn't going to teach them the Jutsu. Rikuo smiled as he took another drink from his water bottle and replaced the cap on the top of it before he stood and regrabed the scroll to move onto part two of the training. Rikuo smiled he was looking forward to it and with a quick hand sign and a cry of unseal their was a poof of smoke.

Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he unsealed the second part of the scroll and when the smoke cleared their was a box with rubber balls inside of it and Rikuo lifted one of the rubber balls up and gave it a look as he held it and then he looked down and noticed that like with the water ballons their was a note which told Rikuo what was needed for this part of the training. Rikuo picked up the note and he began reading the note and he had to admit that it wasn't that diffrent then the first step just that it needed Containment in order to strike the Rubber ball at the same time in order to break it only then could the user of the Jutsu move onto the final step. Rikuo gently began to bend the Chakra in the palm of his hand and began to form a small sphere in the form of his hand and slowly began to rotate it clockwise trying to maintain the shape of the Jutsu to try and break the rubber ball.

Rikuo had to admit it was harder with the Rubber ball then with the water ballon the ball was a lot tougher and Rikuo didn't have the water inside of it to help him with breaking the ball instead Rikuo had to use pure chakra to try and break the rubber ball but that was the problem. The ball it's self was tough and could expanded with any of the Induvidual strikes that the ball made inside so in order to break the rubber ball Rikuo would have to hit a lot more then one place at once and probaly a few times in order to break the ball.

Rikuo couldn't help but glare at the little rubber ball in his hand and it seemed to be detremind to drive Rikuo up a wall with it's resitance to being popped and Rikuo had to admit he didn't like this ball anymore he had figured that it would be a pain but he had been at it for half an hour with out much change in his abilty to pop the ball. Rikuo glared at the ball he had thought that he had done the step correctly but that ball hadn't popped so Rikuo had to admit he didn't know what was wrong with what he was doing and decided that maybe he had to do something else to complite this part of the training and it didn't take Rikuo long to figure out what he was doing wrong. Rikuo figured that he wasn't putting enough chakra into the jutsu and he figured that if he put more into the jutsu then maybe he would be able to pop the damn ball and move onto the Final part of the Jutsu and then Rikuo would Finaly be able to use this Jutsu.

Rikuo couldn't help but grin as he thought of being able to use this jutsu it was powerful and would help Rikuo defend his Friends and his girl Friend Kari he had to admit he was looking forward to showing her that he could use this jutsu and he hoped that she would be impressed. Rikuo smiled as he thought this but then he remebered what he was doing and he looked in time to see the rubber ball pop and for the ball of chakra in his hand to lose it's containment and explode sending him flying back were he landed on his ass with a thud.

Rikuo slowly picked himself up off of the ground and dusted himself off from were his Jutsu had landed him after it had exploded and sent him flying and he had to admit it had stung a little for his own jutsu to backfire on him and when the Jutsu was pure chakra manipulation and Rikuo couldn't help but hope that it didn't happen again anytime soon. Rikuo walked towards the box and grabed another ball and he smiled as he walked back to were he had been standing before and he looked at the ball that was in his hand and his determantion kicked in Rikuo would do it this time now that he knew what he was doing and what not to do. Rikuo knew that he had to keep his concentration on the jutsu when he was using it at least untill he was use to it otherwise it would lose it's stabilty and would explode again and send him flying again and that wasn't something that he was looking forward to.

Rikuo smiled as he began to mold chakra into his hand again and he couldn't help but grin when he saw the little bounces start to happen inside of the rubber ball and he kept Rotateing the chakra in the ball in all Directions at once makeing sure to keep in contained in the Sphere shape and it wasn't long untill there was a pop and In Rikuo's hand was a glowing blue ball. Rikuo smiled as he let it go and he couldn't help but bounce slightly as he made his way over to the scroll for the Final Part of the Jutsu.

Rikuo couldn't help it he was Excited he was almost done with the training that the Rasengan needed and this meant that he would be able to try and use it in battle and this was something that was pushing Rikuo to make his way through the training as fast as he could he wanted to get this done so that he could start working on trying to make the Rasengan better and try and master the jutsu. Rikuo smiled as he unsealed the final step of the training and blinked when all there was was a single note and he picked it up and began reading it Rikuo smiled all that he had to do for this jutsu was the first two steps together with out the aid of a ballon or rubber ball. Rikuo smiled as he grabed his water bottle and he took a drink from to take a short break before he moved on to the final part of the training. Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he made his way back to the center of the training ground and he took a deep breath as he got himself ready to get the training ground.

Rikuo took a deep breath and hold his hand out infront of him as he slowly gathered himself and began to gather his chakra into his hand and it was long intill the blue trails began to gather around his hand and slowly began to form the Glowing Blue Sphere appered in his hand and Rikuo looked at it. "Keep it Rotateing remember to Compresse it and keep it spining maintain the shape". It didn't take Rikuo long before he lept at a near by Rock and threw his hand forward with a cry of the Jutsu's name "RASENGAN" Rikuo slamed the Blue Sphere into the rock and it exploded under the force of the Jutsu.

Rikuo had to admit he was Amazed by the power that the jutsu had as he watched it decimate the rock that he had used it on and he jumped back quickly after the Jutsu had hit and he looked over the area he couldn't belive that he had been able to do that with a Jutsu that seemed to be a small glowing ball but with what it was made of and what the fourth had based the attack off of it didn't really shock him to much. Rikuo had to admit baseing an attack off of the Nine Tailed Fox's Tailed Meanaceing Blast was bond to cause an attack that could cause some damage no matter it's size. Rikuo smiled as he made his way back towards his backpack so that he could begin makeing his way towards the entrance to the training grounds and head home.

Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he grabed the backpack that he had brought with him and resealed the box of water ballons and rubber balls into the scroll that he had been using to learn the jutsu and he had to admit that he didn't want to leave the scroll around for just anyone to find. Rikuo placed the scroll back into his backpack and he drapped it over his shoulder as he began to make his way towards the entrance to the training ground so that he could head home. He had to admit he was looking forward to showing his new Jutsu to Kari Zephy and Aiko just so they could see what he was capablie of. Rikuo smiled as he left the training ground and headed home it was a good day for the young Namikaze.
