Description: Utilizing the Fire Element, the ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames.
To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

Aiko laid on her bed letting the stars and moon get brighter and brigher with every passing second. She could hear her father telling her mother about what he thought of Zephyr just by looking at him. Typical of a father she guessed, a smile was formed on her face as the girl couldn't help but listen intently as they passed her room.

"I thought you told me you wouldn't act this way when we talked about having a little girl? What happened?" Her mom laughed as they came up the stairs at her father who, Aiko was probably guessing, being that overprotective typical father. "It's because she is too young to start dating, I can just tell that vibe I got when I saw him with her.." Aiko blushed brightly and decided to tune them out now getting up and getting ready to meet Zephyr at the training grounds.

About another hour when her house fell silent Aiko rose opening her window and slipping out of it. After landing on the ground softly her legs started sprinting towards the training grounds and walked cautiously since it night had befallen the earth. The sooner she found Zephyr the better, her eyes looked ahead at the gate trying to see if a figure was waiting for her.

Zephyr laid on his bed for the rest of the afternoon and early evening, just thinking of what had transpired earlier. She helped him with a technique that he had had trouble with, and he took her out for lunch.. It was a date, now that he thought of it. There was no other word, so why hadn't he had said it? Maybe he didn't want them to feel awkward around each other, even though they had become the best of friends... Maybe even beyond friends.

The moon showed its face, and then Zephyr went into action. He put on his headband once more, having taken it off to lie down and relax, and gathered his things. With him he only took his ninja tools like kunai and shuriken. You never knew when you needed such things, but he doubted he did - but as his academy instructor had always said, "One must always be prepared." He never doubted the statement, because at any time, an enemy ninja could strike at any time, he supposed.

He quickly slipped out of his house through the back door. He wasn't being particularly sneaky, because his parents by now had probably known about him sneaking out most nights for the past few months. He had trained most days and nights rigorously. It kind of made them happy, to know that he was pushing himself, rather than to sneak out for other reasons. However, tonight was more for fun than for training.

Zephyr made his way to the training grounds. The night was yet long, and he doubted Aiko was even on her way by now, so he kept his pace slow. He observed the night animals scurrying about, and the few passerbys that kept to themselves. People never trusted shinobis operating in the dark. Even as a child, he was feared by many who didn't really know what a ninja actually did.

He arrived, and by looking around, he saw that Aiko was nowhere in sight. The young Uchiha Genin decided to lean his back against a post of the gate to the training grounds, where he said they would meet tonight, and rest his body for a minute while he waited. A cool night's breeze passed over him, blowing a few leaves past him, but he did not shiver. His body was naturally used to the cold, because his internal heat was cranked up a bit higher than everyone else's. He always assumed it was because he was an Uchiha. Zephyr regarded himself as a furnace of sorts - he seemed to radiate heat. He smiled and released the tension in his muscles.

Zeffy only waited about half an hour before his training partner arrived in all her glory. She was as beautiful now as she was just this afternoon, and he grinned and waved to her to get her attention. He then pushed himself from the side of the gate and walked towards her, arms slightly open.

"Hey! I was beginning to think you weren't going to show, but then I thought it was you, so you definitely had to." He winked after his little joke. This was going to be an exciting night, he just knew it.

It was a bit of a cold night out tonight as Aiko walked through the forest to the training gate. Men and women passed by which none seemed to talk or even say hi. To be honest it hurt Aiko a bit seeing people who knew nothing about the ninja world be afraid of a little twelve year old. The sooner the girl gotten to Zephyr and a spot where she was familiar with the better.

Her face brightend up when seeing the headband on his forehead and that signature grin Zephyr alwayd had. With his arms opened a bit Aiko went in for the kill and hugged him as tight as she could. He was so warm and comfortable Aiko almost didnt want to remove herself from his grip. Next her chin rested on his chest as her face was staring up at him before speaking,

"I missed you dearly Zeph! Why would I miss an exclusive training session with you?! Come on lets get started!" Aiko hung onto his arm as they began to walk into the gate. Her face showed anticipation but a bit of nervousness was also showing on it as well. This was the last step into becoming an adult, it seemed to be alot to handle. After her dad got wind of this Aiko knew that he would hold her up to a higher level than before.

Zephyr accepted the sign of affection and hugged her back. He turneded with her and began walking to a more secluded spot in the woods - but it was nighttime so there was not likely to be many people in the grounds in the first place. Zephyr, with his ability to read faces like open books, saw that Aiko had something on her mind. But, if she wanted to tell him, she would, so he didn't press the issue further.

The duo soon arrived at a small clearing with no real trees in or around it. Their jutsu of choice was Goukakyuu no Jutsu, the rite of passage in the Uchiha clan. One had to learn it to be accepted as a real member of the clan in the eyes of the elders. He had heard Aiko had been having trouble learning it, but he himself mastered it quite easily... So he offered to help her in this little night session. He didn't want anything to get set on fire, though.

He released her hand so she would have free reign to do the handseals, and get her own space.

"Let's jump right in, shall we? I'll start with the basics. The handseals are..." and his hands slowly transitioned into forming each of the handsigns necessary. "Snake, ram, monkey, boar, horse, and tiger. Then, you inhale while molding your chakra." He sucked in air, and motioned her to step back, and turned towards the open space. He then held his hand to his mouth to cup it, and blasted out a huge ball of fire. After a few moments, the fire stopped coming from his mouth and the ball of fire dissipated. He turned around to Aiko and smiled.

"You try."

The longer the two had walked the more Aiko seemed to be absent from all of this. It wasn't easy doing something like this and it frustrated her already as to why she was unable to get it and Zephyr mastered it so well. Things seemed like for once it'd be frustrating and toll taking for her but when seeing Zephyr smile all that seemed to fade away.

For when Aiko had seperated her hand from Zephyr's her focus was on him the entire time as he explained how and what do to. His demonstration was textbook perfect even without her sharigan which she didn't possess at the moment there was no flaw in his technique. Yet, Aiko smiled a bit before looking down when mentioning that he wanted her to try. A heavy sigh came from inbetween her lips before looking at him with a little bit of fear in her eyes.

"What...what if I don't get it right Zeph? What if I fail and won't be recongnized as a adult to our elders? I'll be a huge disappointment to my parents, especially my father. I don't want that! I want to do my best for them and you! I'd hate to disappoint you in any kind of way!"

Aiko then exhaled after making the small rant and seemed way more relaxed now. Maybe Zephyr's words of encourage ment would mean a lot and actually make her learn it quickly rather than the slow way she had been doing it. Zephyr could possibly be her final push to actually make her succeed in doing this. Tonight was definitely her night and nothing was going to stop her from learning this Jutsu. Zephyr would have to carry her home if she had exerted all her chakra but that was the price she was willing to pay to learn her clans Jutsu.

Zephyr's smile turned upside down as Aiko began to doubt herself. She listed her worries. Zephyr's gut instinct carried his body over to her, and he placed his hands on her shoulders. Without a pause, he extended himself forward, connecting his lips with Aiko's. It seemed like the right thing to do at the right time. After a few moments, he pulled himself from her, and whispered to her, "You will do fine. You won't fail. You are perfect, there is no chance of anything else. And there is no way you could ever disappoint me, because.. I.." He paused for a moment.

"I.." He couldn't manage to exert the words from his mouth. Coarsely, in a barely audible sound, he said, "Love you." There. He had admitted it. It was all in the open. They'd only known each other for not that long, but he was putting his eggs into one basket. Part of him reasoned this was to get her the confidence boost she needed, but the other told him that was what he felt. Both were true.

All he could do afterwards was stand there, inches from Aiko's face still, awaiting her response. Suddenly, he began to get doubts. What if she didn't think of him that way? He would mess up their friendship! He felt like an idiot.

Aiko continued to stare at him after finishing listing her concerns and doubts about what they were going to attempt to try. As Zephyr started coming up towards her her mind didn't really think anything about it. He was someone that had gained more than Aiko's trust so whatever he did was no where near threatening to her. A small smile had grown on her face as her set his hands on her shoulders but then she began to blink when his face was getting closer to hers. In a surprised state of mind Aiko looked him the face while his lips connected to hers. She took in a deep breath as it hit her what he was doing...what moment they shared. When he pulled away and started telling her the encouraging words Aiko smiled happily before looking him in the eyes one last time before kissing him again. After another moment Aiko pulled away grinning and seperating from him without saying anything...she figured right now nothing needed to be said.

I....love you That was what Zephyr had said to her and she couldn't help but feel her heart swell with happiness.

As fast as she could Aiko made the handsigns; Snake, ram, monkey, boar, horse, and tiger before inhaling like he said then bringing her hand to her mouth cupping it and looking over at the open space releasing the huge blue and white fire ball. She smiled widely as her body turned to face Zephyr while her arm seemed to pull him down to her level and kiss him one last time.

"Oh Zephyr, I love you too. Thank you so much! Aiko hugged him as tight as she could. The girl was having a hard time believing that that actually happened. They shared their first kiss together like this and it couldn't have gone any better than this.

The moment was pure bliss for Zephyr. Aiko reached in for a second embrace of lips after a smile appeared on them. She pulled away grinning and immediately perfectly performed the jutsu. She had it down pat. All she needed was that confidence boost... And his love gave her that. What made it even more special was her returning the favor by stating her own love and kissing him again. When they pulled away, Zeffy was grinning like a fool. He put his eggs in the basket - although, it was more like he shot them in the basket with a cannon like a maniac - but it worked out in the end.

In their embrace of arms, Zephyr whispered to her, "You did great. I knew you could do it." He rested his head on top of her head, and just kept grinning like a fool. This had to be the best day of his life... Unfortunately for them, they would have to leave eventually, but not then.. That would just ruin the moment.

Aiko had a blush on her face and by the looks of it that thing was not going to fade anytime soon right now. As her whispered to her Aiko could only close her eyes and take in thie moment that would forever been locked in her heart and memory. Zephyr was her rock, just giving her a confidence boost like that made her perfect it in one single try in one night.

"Only becuase you believed in my Zeph, otherwise I would not have done it. You're incredible." Aiko kept blushing her smile could not grow any bigger since it was already as wide as it could get. Her mind was made up that she wasn't going to go home right away now, maybe a few more moments with Zeph would be fine...what was she talking about of course it'd be fine. This all felt like a dream to her and yet some how it felt realistic at the same time. The night couldn't have gotten any better, not only had she mastered the jutsu of their clan and was officially going to be treated as a clanmember and adult, Aiko had her very first kiss and a couple more with a person who she considered her bestfriend.

In her mind she wished over and over that the night would never end. Aiko took in a deep breath before exhaling letting him know if a way that she was relaxed and just as content at this moment like he was.
